Winfield's Cookies & More
Winfield started baking at a very young age, his love for sweets then later a fascination with chemistry drew him to baking. Aside from the obvious reward of eating the tasty treats that came from baking, reactions from friends and family has fueled creativity and attention to detail. Recently the journey expanded and Winfield found himself baking sometimes thousands of cookies a month. Baking in small batches enabled him to refine recipes and techniques to a new level. Now opening his first store front bakery, he invites us to share the journey. “We make the classics and new with the finest ingredients we can find.”

Pre Heat Oven 375 degrees or, 325 Convection
Drop by table spoon to baking sheet
Bake until brown on edges (8 to 10) minutes
Allow to cool (10 to 15) minutes
